A. The Assembly of Elders,
Five Fold Ministry Leaders and Prophetic Intercessors
Regarding regional
assemblies of team leadership, we should keep in mind that there is no need to
build ministry that is already in place through the finished work of Christ. We simply assemble ourselves in the order that
God will release the ministry through and receive of counsel that God releases
for our regions.
Titus 1:5 speaks of Elders
that were appointed in every city.
Titus 1:5
Amplified Bible (AMP)
5For
this reason I left you [behind] in Crete, that you might set right what was
defective and finish what was left undone, and that you might appoint elders
and set them over the churches (assemblies) in every city as I directed you.
B. Manifestations of the Spirit.
Our purpose in drawing
ourselves into any order of ministry is to manifest Christ in the earth through
revealed covenant. True covenant relationship will always be followed by ministry and/or outward signs and manifestations
of the spirit. Once we begin to experience
outward signs that often manifest through prophetic worship and prophetic
ministry, alignment with greater corporate ministry serves to bring the quickening
spirit of Christ. The outward
manifestations are then replaced through the Lord’s inward quickening spirit. The quickening spirit of Christ leads a
corporate body to know the times through mutual, shared ministry. If Pastoral ministry is being demonstrated,
then all members experience the same ministry in relationship to a specific area
of community. (As opposed to how
ministry functions within a church body)
This is usually revealed through marketplace and lifestyle venues.
1. Manifestations of the spirit that produce ministry gifts.
- Unveiling a new level of prophetic ministry.
Once
we’re assembled as Elders, Five Fold ministry leaders and Intercessors, the prophetic often begins
to operate in the knowledge of prophetic times.
These prophetic times often relate to what the Old Testament refers to
as Ancient Paths and Ancient of Days. Words
or visions that minister of open portals, ancient times, ancient days, paths and
doors identify this ministry. The Hebrew
defines the usage of this word as that which is eternal, from the beginning,
unending future, etc.
b.
Purpose of submitting the gifts to Apostles and apostolic leaders. Apostles and apostolic leaders bring the
covenant needed for the gifts to be reproduced within the ministries of
Christ. Because the gifts come without
repentance, they can be used outside of God’s intended purposes. When gifts are used outside of true covenant,
they will not reproduce in a way that will manifest apostolic ministry through
the generations. Community and marketplace
venues are largely dependent upon the demonstration of apostolic ministry.
2. Manifestations of the
spirit that demonstrate apostolic ministry
a. Identifying ministry that reveals the
generations.
When
we gather into an order of ministry within the local church, ministry will
always reproduce after the gifts. Once
we move into more corporate ministry in respect to cities and regions, the
ministry that follows will identify the generations through a continuous
exchange among members. The glory of the
Lord can be seen resting on various members through the counsel that is being released.
- Identifying ministry that reveals the low
places.
Within
a team setting, ongoing fellowship will discover the lowest places within the
assembly that need to be built up. This
leads to the function of the Ministries of Reconciliation and Restoration. Reconciliation will often bring people
through transitions where discipleship is needed. The gifts can often be seen in operation even as the administration of the gifts are being discipled. This is especially needed where family and community values need to be built up. Zion is the full expression of what has been
restored and this is the church manifest without walls. The ministry of Zion will always minister to
what is left undone within a region. It
will establish order where there is disorder. Zion will also fill what is lacking.

1 Kings 8:1
[ The Ark Brought into the Temple ] Then Solomon assembled the elders of Israel and all the heads of the tribes, the leaders of the fathers’ households of the sons of Israel, to King Solomon in Jerusalem, to bring up the ark of the covenant of the LORD from the city of David, which is Zion.

Where ministry is imparted,
we can expect activation to follow in spirit led ministry. Demonstration follows activation so that we
understand the parameters that the Holy Spirit is leading us through.
I will soon be adding a
specific category of ministry that pertains to regional ministry to this
blog. Below are scripture references of
the Ancient of Days.
