To God's Five Fold Ministry Leaders and Elders

We are on the brink of experiencing the greatest move of God that the church has ever known.  The Signs of the Times are appearing to proclaim that the Kingdom is drawing near for such as time as this!  In these times, disciples are rising as sons and sons are rising as Elders who will teach others.  As this is occurring, those who have gone before as pioneers and laborers of the harvest often stand alone in the midst of the ministry that they have faithfully labored to bring forth.

In the fullness of times, leaders who have faithfully manifested the glory needed to raise many sons to glory are suddenly finding themselves in precarious circumstances.  As carriers of God's glory, leaders will often find themselves in circumstances seemingly out of control.  Yesterday, I viewed a video where the leaders were ministering on the glory.  The caption of the video was, "You can't rationalize or figure out the glory.  You don't work the Glory, it works you!"  Alone, carriers of glory will experience the circumstances that will expose leaders to great challenges as they shield those they lead through through the glory that they carry.  One may question this "being alone" where leaders are often surrounded by Elders within their own ministries.  This is good, but there is greater ministry that leaders should draw themselves into.  This greater ministry leads leaders to receive of an outpouring of the spirit that under girds and supports well beyond the grace we know within individual ministry.  The glory that manifests here is purposed to cover leaders.  This is beyond the spiritual covering that we have known of the past.  This covering produces the manifest glory of the Lord and it comes out of fellowship that forms the Most Holy Place in God.

Outside of fellowship with the Holiest Place which is formed through greater ministry, leaders do not see the glory that is manifesting through their own gift.  Without mutual relationship in the same glory, leaders can become the target of spiritual attacks.  This glory must be beheld in the face of those who co-labor together from those who are like-minded.  These serve from the same stature of relationship in Christ.

2 Corinthians 3:18

18 But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit.

Even as the saints are rising in their ministries, leaders must come together to form the common unity (community) needed to manifest the glory that will clothe our members in love.  Ministry in the glory is wonderful and amazing.  However, the glory brings challenges, especially to leaders!  The glory will always bring acceleration in our members and acceleration brings transition.  It's in the times of transition that circumstances can become challenging, especially for those who are leading ministry into the greater works.  The multiplication experienced in sudden growth can leave areas of our lives uncovered or found lacking.  In these times, we can find ourselves being stretched beyond our measure trying to discern new parameters of ministry.

In the glory, the ministries operate through a very different order.  Leaders need a place of safety where they can come together to learn with those who are open and transparent.  These are faithful and are able to make themselves vulnerable to those who are also trustworthy.  There are much greater works to learn and discern from the realm of God's glory, but this dimension of grace should be shared only with those who labor together in love.  Love covers!

Blessings and love,

Christ Manifest in His People

For those who have been feeling the press of this present season, this word should serve to give vision, clarity and purpose for the times that we've entered into.  How very strange it is when the Kingdom comes!  We're the same people,...everything around us appears the same,....yet the atmosphere is vastly different that the previous seasons.  SUDDENLY, we begin discerning spiritual things that we have not perceived before and the revelation that we have of Christ begins illuminating truth beyond our own single purpose.  In the times of SUDDENLIESS,  God begins to reveal relationship with what he begins to illuminate to us.

The Kingdom is ever abounding and ever expanding.  Much of what we begin seeing and discerning comes out of the relationship to who and what God begins to illuminate through new revelation.  In the first glory, much of our revelation is heavenly, or of a higher realm.  This speaks of Revelation 4:1 where John hears the first voice which sounded as a trumpet.  The voice spoke to him to "come up here and I will show what must take place after these things".   It's here that the Lord first appears to us through divine revelation.  As we worship him, we become as the one we worship.  The trumpet is associated with prophetic ministry.  As we continually yield ourselves to the inner working of this ministry in our lives, we suddenly find ourselves in new dimensions.  This is the first glory!

In the next glory, revelation comes through regeneration.  In other words, the Kingdom now comes again.  The Kingdom comes again and again to expand us through relationship with what or who God begins manifesting himself to us through.  What we see is "born" out of relationship with the order that God manifests himself to us through.  This is the regeneration!  What has already been born again becomes born again and again each time that the Kingdom brings expansion.  This is also what is understood as the Third Day of Christ.  From faith that is embodied by one, to what manifests the Kingdom on earth through a greater body.  A personal, ongoing revelation of Jesus Christ in relationship to our lives will build us on foundations that parallel what is written in scripture.  Even as we build our lives on these foundations, the greater truths that God leads us into will also build on these same foundations.  Greater truths lead to the greater works of ministry.

Nehemiah 9:23

23 “You made their sons numerous as the stars of heaven,
And You brought them into the land
Which You had told their fathers to enter and possess.

The vision that God has given me of this time is of a simple drawing of a house.  Within the house, I was shown a horizontal line that appeared in the middle of the framework of the house.  This horizontal line reveals new horizons of faith.  Through the new horizon that begins to appear, we understand that what we build through faith also builds us in the expanded places.  In the "Inner House", Christ has been formed in us.  Inwardly, the ministries and gifts are present through an inner work even as the same are being poured out to others.  The inner working of spirit life through the ministries causes us to be mindful of the water that we drink and the air that we breath.  Prophetic ministry brings change to our atmosphere as pure living waters speak life.  There is personal responsibility to guard our heart against the things that would defile.  In the previous season, we entered into the ministry house (the church) to begin to prophesy of what is in heaven.  In this day, "the Ministry House" is formed in us and we are continually bringing heaven to earth through the knowledge that we have of the Kingdom.

In my vision, a tree that was full of fruit appeared within the house.  Even as I knew this to be the Tree of Life, the Lord is using this to manifest himself in his people in this season.  In the previous day, what was built within "the Ministry House" was on everything familiar.   Much of our spiritual life within a local church environment will continue to equip the saints in the gifts and ministries.  In the new day, we will need to receive of the Kingdom by revelation in order to release it to others.  The sons that are spoken of in Nehemiah 9:23 are the fruit that begin to appear out on the branches, farthest from the roots (fathers).

In my vision, the trunk of the tree and the roots appeared within the lower region of the house where the new horizon was bringing division.  The branches and the fruit appeared through the upper part of the house.

Where the roots recognize the fruit in order to bring relationship to the whole house, the Third Day of Christ becomes manifest.  In the multiplication, the vertical alignment shifts so that what prospers us brings increase through the greater fruitfulness.  Kings and Priests, who are after the order of Melchizedek, share in this alike and  rise in stature together through mutual relationship.

In the previous day, much of our understanding of Kingdom relationship came through being "covered" within the house.  In this new day, the Kingdom will uncover and unveil it's greatest secrets.  Where Christ appears in his glory, we will appear with him as the Kingdom continues to advance in the earth.

Parable of the Lamp

Luke 8:17

17For nothing is secret, that shall not be made manifest; neither any thing hid, that shall not be known and come abroad.

The third glory, or the Third Day of Christ is demonstrated or manifest from what has been revealed; from revelation to manifestation!

John 14:21

21He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

Kingdom blessings and divine favor as we each go from glory to glory!

Shalom,

Birthing Many Sons Into Glory (corrected)

A great part of discerning the times takes place in recognizing the different ministries of Christ that can suddenly begin to operate in our midst. In the fullness of times, when the purpose of one season is complete, we frequently experience a sudden shift in our atmosphere. This is not always with people; it can also be a shift in direction and in purpose.   New Jerusalem builds square and we likewise build our lives in the revelation of these truths. At times, we rise in stature through the gifts of Christ. At other times, we build community in how we appropriate these same truths into our daily lives. Once we recognize the function of the gifts and the parameters that they‘re operating through, we can easily see the purposes that God is moving to accomplish in our lives.

Building Community in the Knowledge of Truth

As the church, we should understand that we are all migrating towards restoration and reformation. Knowing this truth, we understand that even in our forward momentum, we will sometimes camp around certain truths for a time. In these times, building community in the knowledge of the truths we receive of is vital in our going forward. Much like the Israelites in the original Exodus, we will also understand what it is to break camp and build upon foundations of shared community in our going forward.

A Rising Priesthood, After the Order of Melchizedek

While we know how the ministry gifts operate within church government, the saints will begin learning to draw from the grace of these gifts to see them multiplied beyond the local church body. Beyond the parameters of local church ministry, the saints learn to draw from the grace of these gifts in partnership with the leaders that they’re joined to. In the expanded places, the saints learn to govern their lives through the grace that is multiplied through this relationship.

The grace that flows from the gifts will always reveal the greater works of Christ. Where community is built upon the works revealed through this grace, we begin discerning the order of the Kingdom of God. Knowing the order that God builds through is vital in our coming into the knowledge of Truth. (Eph 4:12-13) Fellowship with God (and man) is drawn to the stature that we rise to in Christ.

Ephesians 4:12 His intention was the perfecting and the full equipping of the saints (His consecrated people), [that they should do] the work of ministering toward building up Christ's body (the church),

13[That it might develop] until we all attain oneness in the faith and in the comprehension of the [full and accurate] knowledge of the Son of God, that [we might arrive] at really mature manhood (the completeness of personality which is nothing less than the standard height of Christ's own perfection), the measure of the stature of the fullness of the Christ and the completeness found in Him.

Ascending Through the Times of Sending

In the times of sending, there will be times when the saints will suddenly find themselves contending for their faith. Knowing that nothing can separate us from the love of God, we can rest in knowing that the ground that we contend for in these times will establish us in the faith that is needed.  (Romans 8: 38-39)  Where the Kingdom is not yet reaching specific areas of a believer’s life, the saints learn to contend for faith as they stand ground as sons and daughters.

From Disciples to Sons

Once the order of relationship changes in these times, the Priesthood also changes and we go forward in the dominion mandate of Genesis 1:28.

As in Psalm 133, where the saints receive of the anointing, ministry, and gifts that flow down, they also begin to rise and Kings and Priests, after the order of Melchizedek.

Hebrews 7: 26 [Here is] the High Priest [perfectly adapted] to our needs, as was fitting--holy, blameless, unstained by sin, separated from sinners, and exalted higher than the heavens.

27He has no day by day necessity, as [do each of these other] high priests, to offer sacrifice first of all for his own [personal] sins and then for those of the people, because He [met all the requirements] once for all when He brought Himself [as a sacrifice] which He offered up.

28For the Law sets up men in their weakness [frail, sinful, dying human beings] as high priests, but the word of [God's] oath, which [was spoken later] after the institution of the Law, [chooses and appoints as priest One Whose appointment is complete and permanent], a Son Who has been made perfect forever.

Sonship -- Being Formed In Christ as He is Formed In Us!

The gifts of Christ birth us into the greater knowledge of Christ the Son. The grace that is multiplied from these same gifts also serve to birth us in the knowledge of our own sonship. Once we learn to govern our lives in the knowledge of our sonship, we begin seeing the Kingdom coming in tangible ways around us.

Hebrews 2: 10 For it was an act worthy [of God] and fitting [to the divine nature] that He, for Whose sake and by Whom all things have their existence, in bringing many sons into glory, should make the Pioneer of their salvation perfect [should bring to maturity the human experience necessary to be perfectly equipped for His office as High Priest] through suffering.

In times of transition or adversity, it’s very important to remember that humility positions us to be built up upon the foundational ministries of the Apostles and Prophets. The opposite of humility is pride. While humility allows us to descend, or be humbled, pride will exalt us, especially in ignorance. Humility prepares us to receive of the discernment needed to make choices towards the Kingdom of God.
Rightly Dividing the Word of Truth

In times of transition or adversity, we should be watchful of lifting our authority above the order of God, as opposed to lifting our voice in the knowledge of God. The knowledge of God imparts the reverential fear of the Lord. When the Priesthood changes, there is a changing of the guard. (Hebrews 7:12)

In the changing of the guard, we want to lift the voice of our spirit life, as opposed to lifting our soul life. Where we blindly or ignorantly lift our soul life in challenging times, our lives become governed by the same. Vision and purpose is greatly affected by the works or the order that we’re joined to, whether it be light or dark. The knowledge and discernment of order comes out of the Apostles.

Building Upon the Foundations of the Apostles

Apostolic ministry (of the Apostles) releases us in liberty where personal faith becomes joined to leaders, purpose, and personal destiny. When this grace of stewardship is multiplied to greater lifestyle, the Kingdom will continue to establish sons in authority and empower them to rise in stature.

Building Upon the Foundations of the Prophets

Prophetic ministry is vital in the daily renewing of our minds. In humility, we receive of the discernment needed to rightly divide the word of truth as it applies to our daily lives. We must build daily upon the foundations of the Prophets in order to continually draw from the grace of this ministry. The apostolic (Apostles) is revealed from what is established in relationship to rightly dividing the word of Truth.

From what is born out of the Prophets, all that we build on is eternal and will serve to reveal the Apostles of Jesus Christ.

From the expanded places, prophetic ministry mobilizes us even as apostolic ministry (Apostles) establishes us on what is unmovable and unshakable. The Kingdom is eternal and all that is built upon the Kingdom will continue to prosper.

Build upon the Kingdom of God through the foundations of Christ and you will never miss the mark in all your going forth! From glory to glory and from faith to faith, we abide in God’s rest through Christ Jesus even as he abides in us.

Grace and peace,

Cindy Allen

Know the Times of Regeneration!

These days are as Jubilee where the Ministry of Recovery is purposed to restore works of ministry that were lost to the church in generations past. This function is greatly needed in the progressive momentum and regeneration of apostolic ministry. Leaders, be mindful to equip and release the saints!

In the father to son order, the foundational ministries reach a full mark in their growth. Where these wellsprings are capped off in the ascension, they will reproduce outwardly within communities.

In the fullness of times, one or more ministries have been activated to function within one paradigm of relationship. When the glory begins to rest on the sons, release them! Regeneration of the ministries will follow in order for this seed to be planted in new soil. In the Regeneration, ministry which is trans-generational will follow. Trans-generational ministry functions much like the “Three Fold Cord” used to establish an expression of covenant through the gifts. In ministry that becomes trans-generational, a Three Fold Cord establishes an apostolic work through a King and Priest order. Within the King and Priest order, greater works are reproduced through an expanded paradigm of ministry. Here, relationship expands to marketplace venues within our cities.

Even as fathers of faith are established as Gatekeepers of cities, regions and nations, the Marketplace manifests Gateways that are purposed to produce the greatest expressions of ministry. Fathers and mothers, pray for the discernment needed to recognize these times so that you may send the sons in the appropriate time.

These sons and daughters are glory carriers. The glory that they carry is purposed to materialize in much needed ways to bring healing to the land and nations. These times are as Jubilee! Pharaoh would not let God’s people go, but fathers and mothers equip equippers to send them in the proper, Kairos times. These are the appointed times! Allow the paradigm shift to reestablish relationship through the King and Priest order. Be blessed in the multiplication that this shift brings, for this is as Jubilee!

In His Joy,

The Purpose for God's Glory

In their individual expression, each ministry gift of Eph. 4:11 will continue to reproduce after itself for the purpose of equipping the saints.  While this river never stops flowing, the river itself splits to form new ministries for the purpose of multiplication towards greater fruitfulness.  When each expression of Christ is given place to operate through body ministry, the synergy that forms serves to make each member one with that fellowship.  The work that takes place within this body is unto healing and wholeness.   Where this circle of relationship remains unbroken, we begin to see ministry operating from an order beyond the original purposes of equipping.  In the fullness of times, the body that has formed will be able to hold, or embody the glory of the Lord.  The “fullness of times” simply marks a measure of growth in God’s glory where new administrations of ministry begin to be birthed.  Once the Kingdom begins building through the Marketplaces, new administrations are raised to minister to specific spheres and venues of community and city life.

The Glory

Ministry serves to reveal the relationship and the order that God will manifest himself to us through.  Beyond the original order of equipping, we learn of the ministries through their glory.  In Five Fold ministry, form follows function and function of the gifts follows the anointing.  In God’s greater glory where the regeneration of the ministries are revealed, ministry functions to demonstrate relationship from generation to generation through what is eternal, or everlasting.  The Hebrew associates “everlasting” with covenant and with what is ancient and eternal.  While the ways that we appropriate faith to our natural lives does change, the Ancient Paths will always reveal what is eternal through the Ancient of Days.

Proverbs 22: 28 Do not move the ancient boundary
Which your fathers have set.

Proverbs 23: 10 Do not move the ancient boundary
Or go into the fields of the fatherless,
11 For their Redeemer is strong;
He will plead their case against you.
12 Apply your heart to discipline
And your ears to words of knowledge.

The knowledge spoken of in verse twelve speaks of wisdom and discernment.  The wisdom of God greatly differs from that of man.  In the spirit, I have seen “this place” as a path where sudden contrast appears.  There is no fork in the road.  Right is as contrast to Left as light is from darkness.  From this glory, we learn to “measure ourselves” by true standards practiced through the company that we keep.  We accomplish this through ministry that is expressed corporately through a Priesthood.  We also accomplish this in relationship with a plurality of leadership.  In doing so, we learn to “measure, or discern God” through the generations that follow.  Out of this knowledge we begin seeing the greater Priesthood of Kings and Priests.

I share this phrase, “to measure God” because this is what he spoke to a Seer friend that I’ve recently been connected with.  Godly standards revealed through a corporate witness serve to transfer the glory in the appointed times.  This can become manifest where light (glory) suddenly rises up from darkness to reveal a new season.  It can also become manifest where one order of ministry is born out of a previous order of ministry.  In these times, progression from one level of faith to another level of faith is revealed.  Both orders remain as they both serve to reveal the boundaries that are “set by the fathers”.  (Proverbs 22:28 and 23:10.)   In John 17, Jesus prayed to the Father:

John 17:22
Their Future Glory
    22 The glory which You have given Me I have given to them, that they may be one, just as We are one;

Years ago, when I first began seeing this glory, I was given visions of a spiritual Eye that would often appear in various landscapes.  In the times that followed, I began seeing what appeared as artesian wells springing up from the places where the Seeing Eye first appeared.  These visions revealed where new ministry was being birthed and activated for greater purposes.  More recently, I was connected with a Seer who ministers of these same Seasons through her prophetic art.  One night she ministered to me at a service through a vision sketch that she drew for me.  She not only drew the Seeing Eye, but she also drew the wells that spring up from this.  Even as she delivered a word that ministered of the two seasons that I had fully walked out, she also delivered a word that was yet beyond what I had experienced.  This witness keeps prophecy true to its original form even as it builds us to know God’s greater purposes.  As we continue to draw from these first foundations, the prophetic word also releases us into the destiny that ministers of our future.  Without vision, people perish because they cast off restraint (order).

There is no way for a covenant people to be mobilized in God’s Kingdom purposes without knowing the order that he will manifest Himself through.  The knowledge of God’s glory leads us from faith to faith in very simple ways.  While the original form of the ministries are preserved, the soil that their seed becomes planted in will always serve to multiply us from all that we have known.

This personal experience witnesses of how this glory was easily made manifest through someone I only recently met.  More importantly, we understand that God demonstrates his greater glory in the corporate assembly of the saints.  The simplicity of this transference of ministry demonstrates how easily we access this grace.  It is also a witness of Emanuel, who is “God with us”.

Grace and peace,

Cindy Allen

The Glory of Christ

Discerning the Times and Seasons speak of discerning the many ministries of Christ that can begin operating in the times of SUDDENLIES. Once I began leading apostolic team ministry, we were subject to sudden changes in our purpose and direction. This is especially so where we’re aligned with one or more communities. Ministry will always follow this relationship and all ministry requires stewardship. Without proper stewardship of the ministry that begins to operate, we can find ourselves SUDDENLY subject to powers and principalities (outside of Christ). KNOWING our place in Christ anchors us in the knowledge of the order of the Kingdom that will always be operating. The knowledge of God’s Kingdom order is needed, especially when the outward manifestations of this glory is yet unseen.

If we impart “ministry” only, people will be bound (accountable) to form without power. When we impart the glory, the generations that follow become SENT ONES who speedily recover lost works in the next progression of ministry and even glorify God through present truth. We MUST remember that the church is in a continuous process of reformation AND restoration. These ministries must be given place to operate in the midst of our daily and weekly service.

1 Peter 1: 7: 7 so that the proof of your faith, being more precious than gold which is perishable, even though tested by fire, may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ;

Here, glory is defined as “doxa”, which means: opinion, judgment or view, whether good or bad concerning someone. It also means magnificence, excellence, dignity or grace. Doxa is “of the angels”.

1 Peter 7:8: and though you have not seen Him, you love Him, and though you do not see Him now, but believe in Him, you greatly rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, 9 obtaining as the outcome of your faith the salvation of your souls.

Here, glory is defined as “doxazo”, which means to praise, magnify, celebrate and honor. To impart glory to something, and render it excellent. To cause the dignity and worth of some person or thing to become manifest and acknowledged. (Stewardship of the Kingdom of God according to the "signs of the times" that are becoming manifest)

For this reason, WE DO need outside signs, wonders and manifestations of how and where God’s glory begins appearing. Without the glory, our only choice is to hold people to a form that Holy Spirit will not honor through the quickening spirit of Christ Jesus, our Lord and Savior.

May we each appear in the glory so that when Christ appears, we will appear with him.

In his love,

Cindy Allen
