To God's Five Fold Ministry Leaders and Elders

We are on the brink of experiencing the greatest move of God that the church has ever known.  The Signs of the Times are appearing to proclaim that the Kingdom is drawing near for such as time as this!  In these times, disciples are rising as sons and sons are rising as Elders who will teach others.  As this is occurring, those who have gone before as pioneers and laborers of the harvest often stand alone in the midst of the ministry that they have faithfully labored to bring forth.

In the fullness of times, leaders who have faithfully manifested the glory needed to raise many sons to glory are suddenly finding themselves in precarious circumstances.  As carriers of God's glory, leaders will often find themselves in circumstances seemingly out of control.  Yesterday, I viewed a video where the leaders were ministering on the glory.  The caption of the video was, "You can't rationalize or figure out the glory.  You don't work the Glory, it works you!"  Alone, carriers of glory will experience the circumstances that will expose leaders to great challenges as they shield those they lead through through the glory that they carry.  One may question this "being alone" where leaders are often surrounded by Elders within their own ministries.  This is good, but there is greater ministry that leaders should draw themselves into.  This greater ministry leads leaders to receive of an outpouring of the spirit that under girds and supports well beyond the grace we know within individual ministry.  The glory that manifests here is purposed to cover leaders.  This is beyond the spiritual covering that we have known of the past.  This covering produces the manifest glory of the Lord and it comes out of fellowship that forms the Most Holy Place in God.

Outside of fellowship with the Holiest Place which is formed through greater ministry, leaders do not see the glory that is manifesting through their own gift.  Without mutual relationship in the same glory, leaders can become the target of spiritual attacks.  This glory must be beheld in the face of those who co-labor together from those who are like-minded.  These serve from the same stature of relationship in Christ.

2 Corinthians 3:18

18 But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit.

Even as the saints are rising in their ministries, leaders must come together to form the common unity (community) needed to manifest the glory that will clothe our members in love.  Ministry in the glory is wonderful and amazing.  However, the glory brings challenges, especially to leaders!  The glory will always bring acceleration in our members and acceleration brings transition.  It's in the times of transition that circumstances can become challenging, especially for those who are leading ministry into the greater works.  The multiplication experienced in sudden growth can leave areas of our lives uncovered or found lacking.  In these times, we can find ourselves being stretched beyond our measure trying to discern new parameters of ministry.

In the glory, the ministries operate through a very different order.  Leaders need a place of safety where they can come together to learn with those who are open and transparent.  These are faithful and are able to make themselves vulnerable to those who are also trustworthy.  There are much greater works to learn and discern from the realm of God's glory, but this dimension of grace should be shared only with those who labor together in love.  Love covers!

Blessings and love,
