Establishing Divine Order through Divine Authority

Elders and Divine Order (Titus 1:5)

Divine order is the sum of the expression of the fullness of the Kingdom of God operating on earth.  Even as the ministries of Christ serve as the vehicle that mobilizes people’s lives, divine order serves to plant and establish us on ground that God will continually bless.  The Promised Land represented covenant to and through God’s people in that God gave it to be cohabitated by himself and his people.   The conditions for covenant were not based so much on entering into, or possessing the land, but rather in continually occupying the land.

Revelation of Christ is given to those who seek God’s guidance and direction; manifestation comes to those who choose to live it.  Ministry is the demonstration of the Kingdom that follows relationship where man’s self will continues to be fully yielded to God.   Demonstration of ministry serves to reproduce ministry to the sons and the generations beyond the progenitors.  Where the fullness, or what is complete, is continually represented, we suffer no relational breaches within our ranks, or in the generations that follow.  When this is so, ministry serves to mobilize people in a progressive momentum in the Kingdom of God through the fullness of divine order.

Beginning with family, divine order serves to mobilize people in every sphere of relationship and community.  In regards to the city, the Elders of Titus 1:5 were instructed to set in order “what remains”.

That which “remains” is defined as:
  1.  to leave, leave behind, forsake, to be left behind
  2.  to lag, be inferior
  3.  to be destitute of, to lack
  4.  to be wanting, to fail

“What remains” speaks of what is lacking, or incomplete.  Ministry that is represented through the fullness of counsel will fully reproduce itself in multiple spheres outside of itself.  This finished work is the evidence of the presence of divine order represented in Gatekeeping.  Gatekeepers guard and keep the “high places” against any insubordinate or lesser rule from dominating the relational order of the people.  While man-made structures can rule the people outwardly, the saints learn to govern their lives in relationship to God from the presence of the Kingdom within them.

The Gatekeeping Ministry of Elders

Qualifications of Elders

Titus 1:For this reason I left you in Crete, that you would set in order what remains and appoint elders in every city as I directed you, namely, if any man is above reproach, the husband of one wife, having children who believe, not accused of dissipation or rebellion. For the overseer must be above reproach as God’s steward, not self-willed, not quick-tempered, not addicted to wine, not pugnacious, not fond of sordid gain, but hospitable, loving what is good, sensible, just, devout, self controlled,  holding fast the faithful word which is in accordance with the teaching, so that he will be able both to exhort in sound doctrine and to refute those who contradict.

Healing the Breaches

The key in discovering the "high places"  is in learning to minister to the low places where people's lives need to be built up.  This comes easily enough through drawing fellowship with people through their own spheres of community life.  Missionaries are sent to distant lands that are without the Gospel of the Kingdom.  In these communities, the missionary adapts to the culture of the people while being spirit led in how they impart the Kingdom of God to the people.  Likewise, Apostles are sent to spheres and communities who are also without the (function, or manifest presence of the) Kingdom of God.  Whatever defines community through lifestyle and marketplace spheres of relationship must be committed to becoming “one” with its own body.  When the Spirit is poured into “one vessel”, all labor together as Kings and Priests to set in order what is without or what is left undone.  This is more effective through community relationships where people can see how they build their lives from objective viewpoints.
The Amplified Version reads:  For this reason I left you [behind] in Crete, that you might set right what was defective and finish what was left undone, and that you might appoint elders and set them over the churches (assemblies) in every city as I directed you.

Even as the progressive work of the ministry continued, Paul, the Apostle “leaves behind” the Elders needed to set upright what was defective within the city.  He also instructed them to appoint Elders and set them over the churches in every city that Apostle Paul directed them in.

Beginning with Jesus, salvation was born out of the Jews.  From Jesus, Savior and Redeemer, to Lord of all, we see how divine order progressively gives birth to greater order.  Divine order that is born out of Kingdom life will likewise be birthed in the hearts of people.  Inward change produces outward fruitfulness that witnesses of the presence of the Kingdom of God.

Righteous authority imparts the same to the people and all rejoice together.  When relationship ministers out of divine order, the Kingdom freely reproduces itself in relationship to specific spheres of community.  What witnesses of the Kingdom of God within community life will likewise serve to draw people into the House of God, which is the church.  Once we can disciple the nations in relationship to their own heritage, we become effective soul winners to the nations.

Proverbs 29: 2  - When the [uncompromisingly] righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; but when the wicked man rules, the people groan and sigh.

Your Gift: Discovering Your Own Personal Paradigm of Ministry

Greater demands for ministry will often lead us beyond the original, more relational community of discipleship.  When this is so, unless we draw relationship with specific areas of community, we risk loosing the stewardship factor needed to occupy any new spiritual ground that we’ve gained in the Kingdom.   Since the Kingdom will keep us in a forward momentum, it is needful that we understand the order of its progression once it leaves a governing body of ministry within the church.

Kingdom community requires that we identify more with the fruit of the ministries that become multiplied through the gifts.  In Kingdom community, we compare apples to apples and oranges to oranges, etc.  In doing so, we begin seeing the works of ministry being reproduced through spiritual patterns from one community to the next.  These patterns reveal a sequence that can be likened to what we know as Geometric Sequence.

In a geometric sequence, the common ratio is the constant number that is multiplied to each term to the next term.   In math, a sequence is a set of numbers that follow a pattern.  In the same sequence, each number in the sequence is known as a “term”.

In terms of the Kingdom, we can replace the terminology to begin identifying with spiritual patterns that manifest within our individual spheres of relationship.  Before we’re able to fully discern divine order, we first begin discerning repeated spiritual patterns that consistently show up in each of our spheres of relationship.  What first defines relationship will later be expressed in ministry through influence and favor within spheres of greater ministry.   Just as God created each of us with our own individual set of fingerprints, He has given each disciple their own Paradigm of Ministry.  Even where our ministry equipping jump started us beyond our years, we can still recover the original treasure that reveals “our gift”.  Each of us has a Taylor Made paradigm of ministry that is like no other.  Discipleship serves to excavate this hidden treasure in light of Five Fold ministry equipping.

The Kingdom of Heaven is like……….

Jesus made disciples who were then sent out two by two.  We can be sure that the same order that Jesus activated the disciples through would be reproduced in them.  Before we can be fully activated in the ministries as sons, we must first “see the Kingdom” as disciples.  “Seeing the Father” as disciples immediately activates us in our sonship in every sphere of ministry.  Sons become established in the Kingdom through their own earthly spheres of influence.

Jesus modeled his ministry in light of his own personal relationship with his Father.   When Jesus sent the disciples out two by two, he would have removed himself from this equation.   We should take note that our "sending" is often followed by ministry activation in it's various forms of ministry.  If disciples and sons are not sent out beyond those who instruct them, the ministry that is reproduced will continue to consist of the spheres of those who equip them.

Once the disciples had seen the Father through their own personal relationship and experience, Jesus continued to teach them through the authority and the spheres that he was given to instruct them through.  (These spheres of authority would later be known as Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers.)  Once the Kingdom becomes resident within us as disciples, we relate to spiritual and natural fathers and mothers as we should.  This same relationship would extend to all leadership in all spheres of authority.  Before we can truly be “fathered” by spiritual leaders, we must SEE the Father as a disciple of Jesus Christ.

The geometric sequence of Disciples:  1 – make  disciples, 2 – discipling people in respect to their lifestyle, 3 – Ministry to the Sons (heavens open so that we “see the Father” in relationship to sons, as well as specific communities), 4 - doing/speaking what we see the Father doing in heaven in relationship to sons/community on earth.

We know that disciples learn to disciple other disciples.  Outside of a church body, ministry reproduces after the fullness of Christ and is represented through divine order.  Through divine order, the fullness of Five Fold ministry is always represented through its redemptive value in relationship to greater community.   Once our sonship has been fully activated through Five Fold ministry equipping, our Sonship acts as what is known as a “common ratio” in relationship to greater community.  Relationship becomes defined through the communities that we begin seeing the Kingdom of God manifesting through in our midst.

In terms of the Kingdom, we can replace the terminology of “geometric sequence” to begin identifying the spiritual patterns that manifest within our individual spheres of relationship.  We first begin discerning parts of divine order through the spiritual patterns that consistently manifest the Kingdom of God in our midst through different spheres of relationship.  Much like the Garden spoken of in Geneis, this is progressively cultivated.   The secret of discovering our own personal paradigm of ministry is rooted in the spiritual patterns of the Kingdom that consistently show up in each community of relationship.  Identify the patterns, and then draw a circle around the communities.  From discernment that defines community, we begin seeing what defines relationship.  Kingdom ministry will always follow relationship.  The blessing of multiplication will always show up in the increase from one community to the next.

The Ripple Effect of the Kingdom of God

It always seems that God delights in using the most simple principals revealed in creation to demonstrate the greatest secrets of His Kingdom.  When I was first called into team ministry, God purposed that my awareness of Christ greatly increase through each expression of ministry in Eph 4:11.  Not only in the knowledge of these individual expressions of Christ, but also in the knowledge of the fellowship that the Holy Spirit would honor with his manifest presence.

Where the Holy Spirit is given place to lead all ministry, we soon begin to experience a forward momentum that further reveals the Kingdom beyond what we've ever known.  Every drop of his anointing and glory is purposed to be absorbed into the fabric of our lives.  The awareness of God that follows causes us to be one with Him through Christ, as well as with others.

From Spiritual Alignments to Ministry That We Embody

Most of us understand how ministry flows and operates through spiritual alignments.  This is especially understood in relationship to the foundation ministries of Apostles and Prophets.  Where we allow God to lead us more fully into this paradigm, we begin to experience the formation of one vessel within one body. When our circle of ministry remains unbroken, we begin to experience what it is to embody ministry that operates beyond any one person's gift.  Once the gifts become knit together in the love of God, order becomes manifest to further reveal the Kingdom.  God's glory becomes manifest from ministry that reveals divine order.

Kingdom ministry, as well as what we know of apostolic ministry, encircles and encompasses God's people. Even as we embody ministry that Christ will inhabit, the Kingdom encompasses us with greater knowledge of the Father.

Perfected in Unity Through the Glory

In John 17, Jesus spoke of the glory that he had received from God.  He also spoke of how he had glorified the Father through his own life.  In verse 22, Jesus spoke of giving the glory to the disciples so that they could be perfected in unity - even as Jesus was one with the Father.

We can be certain that the Holy Spirit will always move to glorify Christ as well as the Father in the earth in all that he leads us in.  Several years ago, I saw this glory begin to manifest for the first time.  When it happened, I was discipling someone into Christ from times where their life was manifesting broken areas of their soul.  When the Holy Spirit moves to manifest God's glory, he illuminates the areas of life that need healing.  In conversation one day, this person began to receive revelation of their own spiritual condition.  As soon as the Holy Spirit convicted her, she began sharing with me that God was showing her that because of her behavior of rebellion and defiance, her personality and character had never fully formed.   Suddenly, she was enamored in the presence of God to make straight the crooked paths that she had previously walked in.  The soul is made up of mind, will and emotions.  In the times that followed, I witnessed God lead this person's life on a path that enabled her to make willful choices towards developing her relationship with God more fully.  These appointed times empowered her to overcome emotions that had previously driven her.  Choosing relationship with Christ as Lord in these times also resulted in healing the broken areas of her soul.  Afterwards, her countenance radiated God's glory and it was clear that her spirit and soul had become one within her own body.  Many Christians are unaware of the deeper work of the cross of Christ.  There is great power where death comes to the flesh that empowers mans self-will.

More recently, I began seeing the Holy Spirit move on a friend's situation with family.  Once again, a knowing arises in people to convict them of the areas that need to be healed.  Relationships also have a soul and spirit life.  Beginning with fathers and mothers, family life is born.  When we release these areas of relationship to God, he moves to heal, from generation to generation.  Before disciples and sons can ever enjoy the all-encompassing, convicting  presence of God, God's Five Fold ministry leaders, Elders and Deacons must enter into the Holiest Place to become set apart for God's purposes.

More recently, God began giving me visions of what appeared to be a vertical water wheel.  One drop of God's glory causes a ripple effect that oftentimes is not discerned or understood beyond the ministry that we're gathered to.  Unless Leaders are fitly joined and knit together to see the greater move of the spirit, the wine spills out and is ruined.  Regarding the ripple effect, even as the heavens give new revelation, we often do not discern the "signs of the times" through those who are being caught up into the Kingdom.  These begin rising in the ascension ministries of Christ to "go to the Father".  Where the Kingdom envelops people through godly leadership, the youngest disciples will prophecy with a relevant word of the Kingdom.

The Holiest Place

When our corporate worship is expressed in every facet of our lives, it produces the Holiest Place that greater ministry can flow out of.  We must become carriers of the glory that Jesus gave to his disciples.  As soon we feel that we've "made the mark", God will increase our circles of relationship so that we continue to be stretched as the new wine skins that will hold new wine.  Some circles are local and some are regional.  Some are national and some international.  Wherever we are on the map, the Presbytery that forms will always reveal new ways to stretch us so that we remain pliable in God's hands.

Any time that God repeatedly gives me the same visions again and again, I set out to search them out in one form or another.  Beginning with Five Fold Ministry Leaders and Elders, I feel the video below speaks very clearly of what God desires to do in the earth.  The more we gather ourselves as carriers of glory, the more we learn.  A picture, or a video, says more than words can.  The video below show an amazing discovery of what happens when one single drop of water becomes joined to a much larger body of water.  Enjoy!

Building the Kingdom Community Needed to Support Greater Ministry to the Regions

The Spiritual Rule of Dominion

God established the Kingdom of God to reveal the reign and rule of Christ in the earth through the church.   For this reason, Five Fold ministry leaders and Elders gather themselves for the purpose of entering into an order that greater ministry can be demonstrated through.

The foundational ministries of apostles and prophets function out of an order that reproduces ministry to the generations beyond the gifts.  Even as the gifts serve our local assemblies to build people, once they mobilize us towards greater purposes, they become the tools needed to build our cities.  For this purpose, the gifts become the Keys of the Kingdom that open us to greater mysteries that God intended to be unveiled in the earth.

Building Kingdom Community

Our gathering to greater purposes is followed by an assembly of our members to demonstrate the ministry that will produce greater order.  Relational order that is born out of Five Fold ministry leaders is purposed to be transferred to other expressions of community life within our cities and regions.  Much like the Holy Spirit moves on believers to engage them in body ministry within the local church, the Holy Spirit moves on our leaders to assemble them in the order needed to produce greater synergy.  Building Kingdom community serves to open the heavens over our cities and regions through a true spiritual rule of dominion.  Through Godly order, God begins releasing the ministry and the strategies needed to bring the Kingdom to earth.  Apostolic order is as a vertical plumb line from heaven to earth that reconciles everything in creation to God’s original purposes.

Activating the Blessing Upon the Generations to the
Blessing of Multiplication in the Third Administration

Apostolic ministry is marked by the passing of batons within Kingdom community to reveal how God builds the generations.  From what has become generational, multiplication then becomes manifest through synergy to demonstrate how God then builds through order.  This synergy is intended to unveil the deeper treasure within our leaders, especially those who are called to influence cities, regions and nations.

I’ve experienced this in my own life and ministry in relationship to my spiritual father as well as other leaders.  The gifts of Apostles become multiplied to produce greater order where the baton of ministry is being passed from one to another.  In order to increase the sphere of favor and influence of our leaders, we need to build the community that will support the gifts in their truest form.  Increasing the sphere of influence and favor of leaders is accomplished through the sending of sons.  Once we reach the third administration where multiplication is activated, the gifts produce after synergy to assemble our members for greater purposes.

More recently, an example of this took place in relationship with those I relate with through apostolic team ministry.  My revelatory gifts x  the governmental grace that my Apostle carries in church government and the marketplace = knowledge of spiritual order and it’s function In various spheres of ministry.   Soon after this revelation is shared, another Apostle begins to release his own revelatory knowledge and experience of how God's glory becomes manifest through order.  The building of Kingdom community follows where our members are spiritually knit together in love by the leading of spirit led ministry.  This emerging of gifts serves to build the community needed to support greater ministry.

True Kingdom relationships lean into each other to walk shoulder to shoulder in the greater part that God leads us towards.  Every revelation is followed by a move of the spirit to manifest what is ministered in the lives of those who labor together.  The end result is the building up of Kingdom community where the whole counsel of ministry is represented.  From Kingdom community where relationships are properly knit together, we become empowered to speak life into our cities, regions and nations.  Ministry that is followed by signs, wonders and miracles will always witness of the order that God will honor with greater counsel.  From glory to glory, we become fellow partakers of the gospel of the Kingdom from each new level of grace.

1 Corinthians 9:23
I do all things for the sake of the gospel, so that I may become a fellow partaker of it.

Disclosing the Synergy Between Apostles and Elders of the City

In the Book of Acts, Apostles and Elders are spoken of as being in counsel together six separate times.   Those who have built their lives and ministries in relationship with the Koinonea fellowship spoken of in Acts 2:42 knows that Holy Spirit ordination far exceeds the ordination of men.  Spirit led ministry first builds leaders through their gifts.  From the gifts, ministry is then built up through Kingdom community.  From Kingdom community, greater order and administration of gifts and ministries are raised up for the purpose of building cities, regions and nations. How else can we build cities apart from the ministries that serve to raise many sons to glory?  Clearly, ministry must be relational to include the destiny of the sons in respect to their sphere of authority within our cities, regions and nations.

Acts 16:4

Now while they were passing through the cities, they were delivering the decrees which had been decided upon by the apostles and elders who were in Jerusalem, for them to observe.

According to your faith, be it unto you!  (Matthew 9:29)

For some, faith is measured according to their personal testimony of Jesus Christ as Savior.  For sons, faith is measured through their personal testimony of Jesus Christ as Lord.  The first is born out of the Gospel of Salvation, while the testimony of sons is born out of the Gospel of the Kingdom.  The administration of gifts and ministries greatly differ from one Gospel to the next.

Leadership that is raised from sonship will bear witness of the faith of Elders in relationship to an office.  An office that is shared with others of like faith produces much greater synergy and demonstration of ministry as opposed to what the gifts produce through more personal, localized ministry.

The Hebrew word, 'emuwnah, is the only word for faith used in scripture in the context of an office.  The words truly and verily that Jesus spoke, are also used in this context of faith.  'Emuwnah is also defined as faithfulness, truth, stability, and steady.  In Exodus 17:12, where Moses' hands became heavy, they placed a stone beneath him to rest on while Aaron and Hur supported his hands.  "....and his hands were steady until the going down of the sun".  (Ex. 17:12)

Here, the word "steady" is used again in context with the Hebrew word, 'emuwnah, in relationship to an office.  In this context, an office simply identifies with those of like faith who serve to bring stability to the faith of others within the community that is being strengthened.  The building up of Five Fold ministry leaders and Elders is a progressive work where "faith to faith" and "glory to glory", is revealed from city to city, region to region and nation to nation.

Much is being said about the transitional times ahead for the church body.  These times are best understood through the Kairos, appointed times that reveal the higher realms of faith. Leaders are presently being called to gather themselves within an order of ministry that serves to build the relationships needed to "steady their hands" in the transitional times ahead.  Our ascension through the ministries of Christ in his resurrection life will be greatly affected by the company that we surround ourselves with.

Faithfully,

Cindy Allen, Founder

Unity of Founding Fathers of Nations and Present Day Fathers and Mothers of Faith

As the Body of Christ is approaching the times that are before us, we are beginning to hear a very clear sound being released through a body of leaders.  A clarion call is presently being released through a body of ministry to alert of us the times that are soon approaching.

The Declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776
Unity of Founding Fathers of Nations
and Present Day Fathers and Mothers of Faith

This move of the spirit is presently operating to bring unity between spiritual leaders of today and the founding fathers of our nations.  While the founding fathers of our nations have passed, the mantles that they carried are being revealed through the Kairos, appointed times of greater Kingdom ministry.  These appointed times are soon to come upon leaders who yield themselves to a more corporate body of relationship.   Titus 1:5 speaks of the Elders that are established in every city.  In its progression, this ministry continues to minister to regions and nations.

Prophetic words can suddenly shift and begin to witness of times and places that serve as historical monuments or landmarks which brought about the birth of our nations.  When this happens,  we should be discerning of the times that we are entering into.    For this reason, Leaders should be watchful of the mantles that begin to come upon them in relationship to our nations.  Words that minister out of prophetic times in relationship to founding fathers of nations, are better discerned in relationship with a more corporate body of Leaders.   This enables us to be joined to a greater body of ministry in order to observe the works of the Kingdom that begin appearing through an expanded body.

We should watch for prophetic words that speak of new direction for life and ministry.  Any word that bears witness of relocation or new direction for ministry should be followed by signs and wonders that confirm these appointed times.  There is the closing of some doors even as there is also the opening of new doors.   Kairos times will always work in relationship to our natural times to manifest the Rhema word through personal circumstances.  This level of transition can often bring about some disorder to the natural lives who carry this ministry.  Even so, the end result of God‘s predestined purposes serves to bring resolve to any loose ends that occur through the transitions.

The Coming Move of God: Leadership Lessons of the Geese

We will always find that the higher we ascend in our understanding of the Kingdom of God, the more resolute we become in appropriating these truths to life on earth.  This would be why Quantum Physics is presently playing such an important role where we are making great advances.  These leaps of faith serve to advance us from "where Christ reigns" in our hearts and lives in relationship to where he is leading us through divine revelation.  Power and demonstration of spirit led ministry will manifest in respect to true relational values and Godly standards.  In this way, the Kingdom of God becomes manifest on earth in very practical ways.

Those who have pioneered ministry or planted churches look for the evidence of what we carry to begin showing up in those we lead.  This evidence of faith shows up in the lives of others through fruit that remains.  Those who bear this fruit are known as the sons of God.  Beyond this evidence of personal relationship with Jesus Christ, leaders cannot legislate the Kingdom of God in the hearts of those they lead.

Where Kingdom order is respected on a personal level, our eyes are opened to see the greater part that expands from this.   Our vision should include the knowledge of God's Kingdom order so that we know how to appropriate these truths first to our own lives.  We can only minister to others from the seed that is found from our own fruitfulness.   Word that is imparted from faith will always produce the needed results in the lives of sons and daughters.

Even as sons experience the multiplied grace and favor of rising within a Priesthood of believers, Leaders can also enjoy a shared synergy with other Leaders.  This synergy is experienced by relating through an order that is connected to the destiny of sons and daughters who rise in the ascension ministries of Christ.   In the ascension ministries, the saints become the "Signs of the Times" spoken of in Matthew 16:3.

In the ascension ministries, sons and daughters rise through the Kairos, appointed times which are discerned in Christ.  Those who minister from the fathering dimension of the Kingdom of God "hear the sound" of heaven and respond to the saints in relationship with these times.   Covenant relationship produces the quickening spirit of Christ in all so that all become multiplied in the wisdom of God that comes from above.

Leadership Lessons from the Flight Pattern of the Geese

Scientists have determined that the V-shaped formation that geese use when migrating serves three important purposes.  First, it conserves their energy.  Each bird flies slightly above the bird in front of him, resulting in reduction of wind resistance.  The second benefit to the V formation is for the purpose of keeping track of every bird in the group. The third benefit of flying in the V formation is that the geese are encouraged among themselves through their continuous honking to each other.

Leadership Strategies that Parallels the Flight Pattern of the Geese

1 - Entering Into the Greater Counsel of Elders (Titus 1:5)

Titus 1:5

New American Standard Bible (NASB)

Qualifications of Elders

For this reason I left you in Crete, that you would set in order what remains and appoint elders in every city as I directed you,

This corporate ministry brings Leaders into an order that functions beyond the individual ministries of each Leader.  The Elders of Titus 1:5 are established in relationship to the life flow of the City.  The greater ministry that flows out of this order is directly connected to the destiny of the saints who rise through the Priesthood.  In respect to the saints, the order of this ministry serves to raise disciples to sons, and sons (and daughters) to Elders.

2 - The Synergy of Greater Ministry

The Synergy that is experienced with other Leaders in relationship with Titus 1:5 is likewise shared with the saints ministry.   This is greatly needed to impart vision to leaders, especially in respect to those they lead.  The Priesthood that is presently being assembled in the Body of Christ is soon to be released as "sent ones" into new dimensions of faith.  These will soon begin their ascent as they rise to maturity in Christ as ONE body.  As they do, the Kairos, appointed times that they enter into will illuminate important choices that need to be made.  These choices serve to advance them in the Kingdom of God in their sphere of influence.  Even as they advance, they will likewise advance the Kingdom of God in their own personal relationships and lifestyles.

3 - The Order of Completion

Much like the geese watch over each bird within their group, in it's fullness, apostolic ministry functions from a finished work.  From it's completed state, we receive of the greater works that Jesus already has in place.  This comes easily by watching over our circles of relationship in respect to the saints ministry.  We receive of the greater part through watching over the smaller part.  True Kingdom ministry always flows out of the heart of relationship.

4 - The Empowering Spirit That Quickens

The corporate ministry revealed through greater order continually multiplies all we've known of ministry.  Empowered with vision and the knowledge of greater order, all ministry serves to quicken our members in the greater works.  The quickening spirit of Christ takes place through the synergy that forms.  This takes place both with leaders and again in relationship with the saints who are also rising to these heights.   Where Leaders experience this first hand with other leaders, they quickly recognize sons and daughters entering into these same spiritual paths.  Having gone before, these Leaders are well equipped to speak and minister into the destiny of the saints that serve within their congregations and ministries.

The Convergence Ahead

However blessed this administration of ministry becomes through the spirit of unity, we cannot afford to be caught off guard where our members are unprepared.  Where our members are unprepared, convergence can sometimes appear as two worlds colliding.  The purpose of knowing God's greater order is to guard against falling into the ditches that appear where two extremes (parts) are not yet reconciled.  This is of "that which is left undone" according to Titus 1:5.  Extremes can become manifest where relationship from one part to another is lacking.  The wisdom that comes through God's order prepares us in times of transition.  This equipping is needed so that we do not unknowingly join ourselves to works that would oppose God in very strategic times that are ahead.

It is one thing to walk by vision.  It is another matter to administrate ministry in relationship to what is interpreted through vision.  As one body, we will continuously be yielding to the inner working of the spirit.  The grapes that are gathered within this cluster will produce their wine.  This wine will flow down from Zion to the uttermost parts that desperately need to be impacted by the Kingdom of God.
